GO DAWGS!
What a fun time. We took the girls to Ringling Brothers and Barnum & Bailey Circus. We went with Grandma Cersey, Justin, Kristina, Jackson, Drake, Jana, Ta, Anthony, Ryan, Brindi, baby Aden, Thane Shumway and his 2 kids Lacey and Jones, and Danielle Smith and her family. We had lots of fun and the kids really enjoyed the circus. Of course the funniest part was the pooping elephants. Andy couldn't resist taking pictures of that. The girls loved the circus.
Tonight was the night the girls have been waiting for all year. The "Daddy Daughter Dance". The PTA at the school puts on a great party for the fathers and their daughters every year. This was the first time that Andy had both of his daughters to take. It all began about 4:00 PM when daddy had to fix the girls hair. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? What an experience. After the hair we went and took some pictures of us all us per mom's request. Mom was at her best friends selaing today so daddy was doing this all alone. The girls took some great pictures and then our neighbor came and took a few of us all together. The dance started at 5:00 PM with a great dinner of chicken, salad, rolls, potatoes, lemonade, and fruit. We then spent the next 2 hours dancing. We all had a great time. DADDY LOVES HIS GIRLS!!!
Kali had an accident. OK she had some help. As we sat in bed getting ready for the night to come to a close the two dogs were up on the bed fighting over a bone. Kali likes to go and steal Baxter's bone no matter if she already has one. Baxter doesn't like it to much and gets really annoyed. Andy picked Kali up to get her away from Baxter and gave her a little push and she didn't stop. She fell off the bed and must of hit her leg on the way down because when she landed she cried a little bit. The rest of the night she wouldn't put any pressure on it. When we woke up things hadn't changed. We took her to the vet and found out that she had a small fracture in her left leg. The cast that had to be put on her was two popsicle sticks and a bunch of taped. OUCH!!! Andy felt so sick for about 2 days after. Because she is a little pup she likes to chew on things. Her leg was no different. She didn't like the cast and tried to chew it off every day. We went to the vet and picked up a cone to put over her head so that she couldn't chew her cast off. She pretty much hated to wear the cast.
January 1999 – We have our first encounter between two lost souls (Andy & Jessica). Andy took a ski trip with his family to Grand Targhee in
June 2006 – The time for change is upon us. We moved into a new home and Andy left Grainger to finally join his dad and other family members in his fathers business. He is in a customer service role that allows him to travel all over the country taking care of clients. He really enjoys the work but traveling can take its toll on you.
2004-2007 – On a lighter note, we as a family have tried to bring other spirits into this life but have not been so lucky. Jess has had four miscarriages in the last 4 years. Yes that is one a year. It has been really hard but we feel so blessed to have the two wonderful girls we do. We have learned a lot about overcoming trials and tribulations but most importantly we have learned to rely on the Lord in all things.
